I Work With...

Mental Health Practitioners

Do you work in Mental Health? Struggle with paperwork, timelines, meeting expectations, and all the other things that would make your work and home life easier? I’ve been there. I kept being late on paperwork and also meeting agency and federal mandates. I missed appointments because I forgot to put them in my schedule, or just forgot to check my schedule. Maybe you’re staying over, missing lunch so that you can get things done? Billings, meetings, phone calls, emails and the other things that overwhelm you are things we can work on collaboratively.

Imagine a life where you are caught up. Where life flows and you enjoy your job. Remembering the reason you became a therapist, for the joy of seeing clients become successful.  We can work as partners in change and action for your life so that you can also be successful.

Are there other parts of your life that are impacting your success? Both at home and at work? Of course we can work on those as well. We all know that these are a piece of the pie of anyone’s life. Sometimes they need to be worked on separately before, after, or within the coaching that surrounds work. We might need to deal with the whole pie rather than piece by piece.

ADHD coaching is practical, actionable and purpose driven. It will challenge you to learn new skills in a way that is often difficult and awkward. It values the fact that you are creative, fully capable and resourceful. We, as partners, can work on releasing, remembering that part of you to become a successful problem solver.
