Having an ADHD brain can be joyful and exhausting.

You can go from a place where you feel like you have a deficit in skills and ability, then to turbo charged thinking. All in the space of a few minutes.

ADHD coaching is an awesome, collaborative process where we work together to begin developing those skills to make you recognize the wonderful, creative, fully capable, and whole person you are.

What to expect

We'll work together; collaboration is the foundation of coaching! The most important thing about coaching is you're in charge! You will define what to work on each session, which can tie together or be different each time. We will work together on your vision, collaborate on what you want to accomplish, and ensure you are able to stay true to your values. We will navigate the challenges in your life and turn obstacles into opportunities. We will celebrate wins! You can do this, and I'd love to help.
